Individual App Subscription Terms

Trial and recurring charge

The individual app includes one three-day free trial per person and selected payment account. Trial eligibility may be checked using the payer/customer identity and email supplied by PayPal or Stripe. Unless cancelled through the selected payment provider before the trial ends, the subscription renews at $9.99 USD per month until cancelled. Subscribers who enroll in the founding-member offer by September 26, 2026 keep the $9.99 monthly rate while that subscription remains continuously active. If a subscription is cancelled and restarted later, the price available at that later time applies.

If a PayPal account, Stripe customer/email, or email that previously used a free trial attempts another trial, the duplicate subscription may be cancelled automatically and app access will not be granted. Returning customers may restart at the displayed monthly price with the first payment due immediately. Creating another account to obtain repeated trials violates these terms.

Cancellation

You may cancel through PayPal if you paid with PayPal, or through the secure Stripe billing portal from the Member Account page if you paid by card or Apple Pay. Cancellation prevents future renewal. If you cancel during the three-day free trial, access remains available through the original trial end date and you will not be charged. If you cancel after a completed monthly payment, access remains available through the end of that paid billing period. Access ends immediately when a subscription is suspended for misuse or becomes unpaid, and otherwise ends when the applicable trial or paid period expires.

Digital service and refunds

Because access is delivered digitally, completed subscription charges are generally nonrefundable except where required by law. Duplicate or demonstrably unauthorized charges will be reviewed when reported promptly.

Educational scope

The app provides general educational information and self-guided exercises. It is not psychotherapy, crisis counseling, medical care, legal advice, individualized financial advice, diagnosis, or emergency service. Call or text 988 in the United States for crisis support, or contact local emergency services when there is immediate danger.

AI companion

The AI companion may produce incomplete or incorrect information. Do not rely on it for professional or emergency decisions. The companion currently includes up to 40 member messages per day, resetting daily. Recent companion history may be saved to the subscription so a member can continue a conversation across supported devices.

Program progress and continuing membership

The eight-week Rebuilding Program is the foundation of the membership. After Week 8, active members continue to receive ongoing rebuilding check-ins and may revisit completed weeks. Program progress is synced to the subscription when the service is available and may also be cached locally on the device.
