Suddenly Single Survival Series collects information submitted through website forms and purchase processes, such as names, organization details, email addresses, facilitator information, messages, subscription identifiers, and transaction references.
How information is used
Information is used to answer inquiries, process and verify purchases, administer organizational licenses, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and maintain necessary business records. Email addresses submitted through the free checklist form are used to deliver the requested resource and may be used to send occasional practical rebuilding resources. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time.
Payment information
PayPal processes payment information. This website receives the subscription identifier, status, plan identifier, PayPal payer identifier, account email, and relevant subscription dates needed to verify access and enforce the one-trial limit. It does not receive or store full card or bank-account numbers.
App progress and account information
The app stores a subscription identifier and a local copy of program progress in your browser. To support cross-device continuity and recovery, progress information including completed activities, reflections, streak data, and continuing-program check-ins is also synced to Netlify storage tied to the subscription. Clearing one device's browser data does not necessarily remove the server-synced copy.
Product analytics and feedback
The website records limited, aggregated events such as opening checkout, completing onboarding, creating a plan, and completing an action. These counts are used to understand whether the product is working and do not include the text of private reflections. Feedback you voluntarily submit is stored with a pseudonymous member reference so it can be reviewed to improve the service.
AI companion
Messages sent to the AI companion are transmitted to Anthropic to generate a response. Recent companion conversation history is also stored through Netlify and tied to the subscription so a member can continue a conversation across supported devices. Do not enter Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, medical records, passwords, or other highly sensitive information. Companion messages are not presented as confidential therapy or professional advice.
Service providers
Website hosting, forms, and limited subscription records are operated through Netlify. Payments and subscriptions are processed through PayPal. Account-access emails are delivered through Resend, and AI companion responses are generated through Anthropic. Those providers handle information under their respective privacy and security terms.
Retention and choices
Business and transaction records are retained as reasonably necessary for customer service, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and accounting. Program progress and recent companion history may be retained while needed to provide account continuity and support. You may clear the local browser copy through your browser settings. You may stop new companion-message processing by not using the companion and may contact us regarding a privacy or deletion request.
Sharing
Personal information is not sold. It may be shared with service providers when needed to operate the website and purchase process, or when required by law.
