Organizational Cohort License Terms
Effective August 17, 2026
These terms apply to the $1,995 Suddenly Single Rebuilding Program™ Organizational Cohort License purchased from Suddenly Single Survival Series.
License scope
The purchase authorizes one purchasing organization, one named facilitator, one cohort, and up to 15 participants during one 90-day implementation window. The window begins when the controlled implementation materials are released to the organization.
Use restrictions
The materials may be used only for the licensed cohort. The purchaser may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, share outside the licensed organization, remove ownership notices, create competing products from the materials, or run additional cohorts, facilitators, or locations without written authorization and additional licensing.
Delivery and verification
Payment is processed by PayPal. The organization and facilitator information must match the purchase record before controlled materials are released. Questions about delivery should be sent to suddenlysingleseries@gmail.com.
Cancellation and refunds
A purchaser may request cancellation before controlled materials are released by emailing the support address above. Once controlled materials have been released, the license is nonrefundable except where required by law. Duplicate or demonstrably unauthorized charges will be reviewed.
Educational scope
The program is educational. It does not provide psychotherapy, crisis counseling, diagnosis, legal advice, individualized financial advice, medical advice, or other licensed professional services. Host organizations are responsible for appropriate referral and emergency procedures.
Intellectual property
All ownership rights remain with Michael Smith / Suddenly Single Survival Series. The purchaser receives only the limited right to use the materials within the license scope above.
